What's the fuss all about?
Recently, there's just so much fuss about the cartoon of prophet Muhammad. Wonder what's wrong with the people... I mean their religion preaches peace, isn't it. Why such violence? Like it can change anything... All they want is to make a political statement - its no longer a religious one. They're just using it as an excuse, I feel.
Anyway, compared to what the Da Vincci Code did to Christianity...
It's a blasphemy! Yet nothing is done against the book. They're making a fortune out of this absurd story. Book, now movie. Yet, did the Christians make a riot? Thank God, we didn't. Though we protested. We know, our religion is true... it has remain for thousands of years and against so many controvesy. We can stand this one.
Christianity is true. And the devil sure knows darn well about it. This is just one of the tactics he is using to turn Christians away. To sway and challenge our belief.
We know there's power in our God. If not, why don't people swear in the name of the prophet, or buddha or some hindu god? Again, we know cos satan is working very hard...
We know our God has triumph! No need to make a negative fuss about it. Rather tell the world of this awesome One! Hallelujah!

I agree with you so much in this. Quietly, I have exactly the same thoughts but unfortunately not courageous to pen it down. I actually thought of writing it to the star or put in in the star blog page...haha, if its the best for that day, can earn RM50 :) I'm not for the money....
But sometimes all we can do is to be moderate. Quietly we can pray. If we have the opportunity, we can talk to a 'lost brother or sister' to share each other opinions. By this we don't misjudge them.
May God's love be so full in our hearts that we may go down on our knees to cry for them... Unfortunately, many times we feel how Sarah felt towards Hagar and Ishmael.
